Here are the principles he followed that you can use right away :

Start tracking your food intake. If you have no idea how much you’re eating – you’ll be lost when it comes to dropping fat

Focus on quality nutrition. Organic, natural, lean proteins, veggies, fruits. Put health first and the body will follow

Start tracking your daily activity. Sitting around all day makes fat loss super slow. Get active. Track how much you’re moving each day
.
Get on a consistent resistance training plan. Muscle burns calories and muscle looks good / makes you feel awesome
.
Get better quality sleep. Don’t worry about 8 hours. Just get to bed on time and start there…

Drink primarily water – throw out the calorie heavy beverages. Focus on water!

Train your abs just like any other muscle. 2-3 times a week is a good start

Be patient. Don’t give up one week in. Take progress pics and stay consistent
