Let’s dive into some lessons I teach him and all my other online clients

1) Losing fat comes with some hunger. Not unbearable, feeling like a zombie on The Walking Dead hunger, but some controllable hunger for sure
.
2) Losing fat takes time. Trying to significantly speed things up can lead to disaster
.
3) Knowing what you’re eating and what’s going in your body isn’t optional if you want ultimate results
.
4) No matter which nutrition approach you follow – calories matter. Don’t listen to any moron who says differently
.
5) Eating Healthy isn’t expensive. Eating dumb products that claim to be bulletproof or whatever that cost quite a bit of money is expensive. Avoid the hype. Eat healthy organic foods vs eating out all the time. Promise it won’t be expensive
.
6) Walking might be the most underrated fat loss tool available, it’s crazy how most people don’t walk every day
.
7) Expect Fat Loss to happen fast at first, but it will slow down. This is part of your built in survival mechanism – otherwise you’d just melt away to nothing lol
.
😎 Weight training is a key piece to not just losing fat, but being healthy and feeling young for a long time
.
9) Set milestones and checkpoints along your journey but never set an end date. There is NO end date. This stuff is forever
.
10) Living Lean takes a complete lifestyle shift. It won’t be easy but it’s way better than living your whole life fat, unhealthy and unhappy
.
11) Abs are built in the gym and revealed through proper energy management
.
12) Start by improving your health. Eat veggies, fruits and healthy lean proteins. The outside physical change will come after the internal health is optimized
.
